Conference Planning Checklist-
For Best Results This Should Be Done
Day Of Event

1. Meet at the facility no less than one
hour before the scheduled speakers and entertainers
are to arrive. Speakers and Entertainers
should arrive no later than 30 min. before
the event is scheduled to begin.
2. Check that everything has been delievered
as promised.
3. Set up rooms for break-out sessions with
the following: speakers hand outs, water
for speaker, and speaker requirements.
4. Check sound system and audio/visual requirements
by speakers and entertainers.
5. Check that the facility's restrooms are
cleaned and well stocked.
6. Check that the air or heat are at a comfortable
temperture. It is best to keep the facility
a little cool.
7. Check that registration tables have been
setup properly and that each table has its
own registration list.
8. Check that every speaker, entertainer,
staff, committee, and/or volunteer member
has their own name tag.
9. Meet and greet all speakers and entertainers.
Assign them a personal assistant if needed
or a go to person.
10. Have everyone that will be participating
as a speaker, entertainer, staff, commitee,
and/or volunteer participate in group prayer
for the event. |
