Conference Planning Checklist-
For Best Results This Should Be Done
2 to 1 Month Before Your Event

1. Pack all event materials to be ready for delivery to facility.

2. Prepare name badges for all speakers, exhibitors, staff, volunteers, and so on.

3. Conduct personnel instructional briefings for registration staff, data collectors, volunteers, volunteers, and others.

4. Conduct pre-event staff meetings.Review responsibilities, procedures, and overlap areas like registration, food guarantees, speakers, VIPs, media room setups, data collection, spouse/guest/children's events, exhibits, sponsors, and so on. If your event will be more than one day review each day's requirements with your staff.

5. Reemphasize communication lines and authority and responsibility levels to meeting staff, suppliers, meeting facility staff, and volunteers.
