2. Continue solicitation and follow-up of attendees.

3. Identify and assign staff on-site responsibilities

4. Deside on thank you gifts and purchase gifts for Speakers and entertainers if needed.

5.Prepare third promotional brochure if needed.

7. Establish on-site staff needs and decide how those needs will be met. example: restroom breaks, serving schedule, secure place for personal belongings, etc.

8. Determine security needs.

9. Prepare and print event evaluation forms.
