Conference Planning Checklist-
For Best Results This Should Be Done
12-10 Months Before Your Conference

1. Confirm caterer and sign contract. click here for sample contract

2. Develop projected budget from the information gathered from checklist 1. click here for budget worksheet.

3. Decide on what ways you will advertise your conference. i.e. Newspaper, Church Bullentins, Flyers, Posters,Mailers, etc.

4. Add advertising cost including printing cost to your projected budget.

5. Select service team/committees as required.

6. Prepare and send confirmation letters to Christian speakers and entertainers.

7. Establish graphic design for your logo for the conference. This graphic or picture should depict the overall them of the conference.

8. Negotiate with and Select a printer for conference program book, flyers, tickets, brochures ect. This step can be skiped if you are doing the printing your self.

9. Communicate conference needs with prayer team
