7.Contact site representative and confirm
location.
8. If your event will be offering hotel accomedations,
negotiate hotel rates and blocks ( click

hotel contract(s).
9. Negotiate, agree on, and sign contracts
with convention center or other facilities
that the event will use if needed.
10. Negotiate fares with official airline
if you will be offering airline transportation.

and Speakers
to participate in your Conferece.
