Minimum Requirements For Non-Hearts2Hearts
Conferences Hosted Events.
If you are considering Hosting an Hearts2Hearts
Conferences Event here are a few things that
you should know:
1. Hearts2Hearts Conferences requires a 6-month
lead-time for scheduling and promotional
efforts. This helps to insure an effective
promotional strategy.
2. We will provide downloadable, promotional
materials and conference handouts.
3. Each event requires a minimum of:
- · 100 tickets sold if local to Hearts2Hearts
Conferences
- · 250 tickets sold if not local (in the united
states)
- · Outside the United states minimum 500 tickets
sold
to make the event cost effective.
4. Hearts2Hearts Conferences will promote
the event on their website and the individual
speaker and worship leader web-sites. The
Hearts2Hearts Conferences team will make
themselves available for radio interviews
(if requested by Host).
5. Hearts2Hearts Conferences will provide
for download print advertising for the event
upon request.
