The Host Is Responsible For
What is a Host?
Anyone can be a Hearts2Hearts Conferences
Host especially YOU!
A Host provides the location for the event
to take place (church, building, conventon
center, ect.) a Host registers their group
for the conference, collects money from group
members, sends the payment to Hearts2Hearts
Conferences, and distributes tickets when
they arrive.
In Some cases the Host may also have to coordinate
transportation, and hotels.
Many times the Host will have committees
to help with these details, but just as often
one person handles everything. How
you do it is up to you.
How does the Host do it ?
The host is not alone! A Hearts2Hearts Conferences
Consultant has been assigned to each Host
to help them every step of the way.
